State studying risks from oil shipping

OLYMPIA — A group of state agencies recently released a preliminary study assessing the risk of shipping oil through the state and outlining recommendations about how to address them.

The public can provide feedback on the study at a meeting scheduled for 5 p.m. Oct. 30 at the Red Lion Inn, 2300 Evergreen Park Drive S.W. in Olympia.
