Smith Cove Park on Elliott Bay will expand and add amenities

    Smith Cove Park will extend from the green playfield at the left to the water.

    In early 2017, the city of Seattle expects to start expanding Smith Cove Park on the waterfront just south of the Magnolia Bridge, near the Port of Seattle's cruise terminal at Pier 91.
