SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) — Bonner County can raze a house that was built at the confluence of Pack River and Grouse Creek that threatened National Flood Insurance Program funding for more than 200 landowners.
The Bonner County Daily Bee reports (http://bit.ly/1FxVekS ) the house was built without a required analysis of how the home would impact the base flood elevation.
