SEATTLE — The city of Seattle had issued a request for proposals to develop a transportation and park impact fee proposal. Responses are due July 30
and information is available in a notice that appeared in the DJC July 9.
The budget is up to $290,000 but additional funds may be available.
The project involves providing technical support and assistance in creating an “adoption-ready proposal” for using impact fees for transportation and park improvements. The city also wants to develop a citywide travel demand model, service standards for parks, a list of projects eligible for impact fees, revenue estimates and presentation materials.
Information is also available from Brennon Staley at brennon.staley@seattle.gov.
