SEATTLE — Seattle Parks and Recreation will hold a community meeting Nov. 1 to get ideas about designing a new park for the Little Saigon neighborhood.
The city bought a quarter-acre site at 1224 S. King St. in 2013 to provide more open space and a connection between King and Jackson streets. Seattle Park District has allocated $1.7 million for planning, design and construction. Design starts next year and construction starts in 2020.
