Real Estate Buzz: Flinn Ferguson lands a whopper

Parker Ferguson and Dan Flinn are now official members of the People To Watch in Commercial Real Estate Club.
The duo joined the select group last week when their boutique brokerage wrapped up a 289,000-square-foot lease for Symetra Financial. Symetra is moving from Redmond to downtown Bellevue, taking space in Key Center and Rainier Plaza, which will be named Symetra Financial Center.
