WASHINGTON — An online learning center has opened in the Jefferson County town of Queets that will allow residents of the Quinault reservation to earn GEDs, train and search for jobs, and communicate with relatives in other parts of the country.
The center was announced by SeniorNet, a Herndon, Va., nonprofit that specializes in computer and Internet education for people over age 55 or who have a special need.
