City starts tech advisory council

SEATTLE — Mayor Jenny Durkan yesterday launched the city's Innovation Advisory Council, which is a collaboration with the local tech community.

The council will advise the city on issues involving data and technology. It has initial commitments from Amazon, Expedia Group, Microsoft, Tableau, Zillow Group and others.
