SEATTLE — Wanderlust Camps is offering luxury camping — or “glamping” — at Moran State Park on Orcas Island.

The state Parks and Recreation Commission, which manages the park, said glampers can sleep in a canvas-wall tent furnished with a queen-size bed and luxury linens.

There are five glamping sites in the South End Loop of Moran State Park. Two sites can accommodate two people, and three can accommodate up to four. Costs for two “glampers” range from $119 to $219 per night before tax.

Scott Hale of Wanderlust Camps said, “This collaboration provides a great opportunity for State Parks and Wanderlust to serve up a new kind of outdoor experience in one of the finest state parks in the country.”

Orcas Island visitors can try kayaking, whale watching and cycling, as well as art and good food.

Reserve a glamping tent by calling (360) 298-1684 or online at www.WanderlustCamps.com.
