SEATTLE — The Italian Festival is Sept. 29-30 at Seattle Center Armory, Fisher Pavilion and Seattle Center Pavilion, with music, dance, authentic foods, workshops and activities for everyone.
This will be the 20th year for the popular festa Italiana Seattle. There will be a grape-stomping competition and pizza tossing, and a new event called Opera for Kids, with 40-minute performances of “Hansel & Gretel.”
Check out the all-Italian breeds dog show or Italian classic cars as well as art and photography exhibits.
Buy food from Maggiano's Little Italy, Mangia Me Food Truck and other Italian food vendors, and watch demos by celebrity chef Marco Sciortino.
A full schedule of the events and information is at FestaSeattle.com or facebook.com/festaseattle
