LEAVENWORTH — Loge Co., an outdoor recreation and real estate startup that offers camping and lodging spaces around Washington, is opening a second location in Leavenworth on Nov. 1.
Visitors to the Bavarian-style town can enjoy skiing, snow sports, climbing, mountain biking, rafting and hiking.
The property is at 1600 U.S. Highway 2 on the Wenatchee River, and within walking distance to town. Loge Leavenworth has eight cabins on a 2.4-acre property.
There is a hostel, community space and outdoor amenities, similar to the company's Loge Westport motel and camping property that opened in May, catering to surfers and others.
The Leavenworth property is being renovated and Loge said more on-site amenities will be available by spring.
Cabin reservations for Loge Leavenworth can be made at http://www.logecamps.com/leavenworth-wa. Rates start at $150.
