Kent Station has finished its final phase with the completion of Dwell at Kent Station.

The apartment building is at 443 Ramsay Way in downtown Kent, and has 154 units in four stories above ground-level parking. Units range from studios to two-bedrooms, from 448 to 1,156 square feet.

There are two courtyards with a fireplace, bocce ball court and ping-pong. The rooftop deck has an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, planters and dining area. There is also bike storage, a hobby room, community lounge and a fitness room, as well as a dog run and wash.

It was constructed to meet Built Green standards.

Kent Station has more than 470,000 square feet of housing, entertainment, office and retail space, anchored by an AMC theater and the Kent campus of Green River College.
