Sam's Club to be built in Renton

Wal-Mart will likely start construction early next year on a 135,000-square-foot Sam's Club with 12 gas pumps on 16 acres that Sam's Club recently bought near Interstate 405 in Renton.

Sam's Real Estate Business Trust paid Puget Western Inc. $6.85 million for 16 acres at the intersection of South Grady Way and Talbot Road, King County property records show.
