400 Building sold for $12M

  • First Mutual Bank says it needs space to grow and is making a long-term investment.

    Unico Properties yesterday sold the 400 Building in Bellevue for $11.9 million to First Mutual Bank.

    The tallest building in Bellevue when it was constructed in 1968, the 7-story structure will be renamed the First Mutual Center. First Mutual, the largest publicly traded banking institution based on the Eastside, has its headquarters in the building at 400 108th Ave. N.E.
