382-unit Renton complex is sold

RENTON — O'Conner Law Corp. of Renton has purchased the 382-unit Madison At Fairwood apartment complex in Renton for $33.5 million — or $87,696 a unit — from Granite Madison Apartments, LLC of Irvine, Calif., according to a news release from Hendricks & Partners.

Tim Ufkes of the Seattle office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of the complex at 17425 120th Lane S.E.
