Touchstone starts work on West 8th

Touchstone is pursuing LEED gold for the core and shell on West 8th.

Seattle-based Touchstone Corp. held a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday for its 28-story, $185 million West 8th building — the first office project to receive a master-use permit under new zoning that allows for taller buildings, the developer said.
