Legacy buys $41M Federal Way units
SEATTLE — Legacy Partners Residential has purchased the 309-unit Campus Grove apartment complex in Federal Way for $41 million from Campus Grove LLC, according to a Legacy official.
It bought the 1300 S.W. Campus Drive complex with Cornerstone Realty Advisers, said John Hatton, a Legacy regional vice president.
