City OKs rezone for 10-acre Goodwill site

The Dearborn Street project will have 700,000 square feet of retail, 45,000 square feet of office space and up to 565 residential units.

Seattle's Department of Planning and Development has recommended a rezone for the Goodwill Industries site in Little Saigon, moving the massive Dearborn Street project planned for the property a step closer to fruition.
