SPOKANE — Washington State University selected NexCore Group of Denver to redevelop a 3.5-acre site south of its Riverpoint Campus.
The developer is proposing at least one three-story, 60,000-square-foot building that would house a multi-specialty outpatient facility anchored by Arthritis Northwest, the Spokane Spokesman-Review reported yesterday. The historic Jensen-Byrd Building, a six-story brick warehouse, could be renovated in a later phase, in addition to the construction of a second 60,000-square-foot building.
