Southcenter grand opening July 25

SEATTLE — Westfield Southcenter announced the grand opening date for its recent $240 million expansion is July 25.

The 400,000-square-foot expansion is located to the south of the existing Southcenter mall. It broke ground in May 2006, and will have 75 new specialty shops including the flagship H&M for the Pacific Northwest, a restaurant promenade, a 16-screen AMC movie theater, a Borders store, a terrace with views of Mount Rainier, and two parking structures.
