Two months have passed since the end of the 2009 Washington Legislative session, and it is clear that the commercial real estate industry will be impacted.
Given the dismal budget picture of a projected $9.3 billion deficit, legislators were left to grapple with passing an operating budget for 2009-2011. This budget could have been much worse for the commercial real estate community than it turned out.
