Sales close on 16 condos in Lumen

SEATTLE — The sales of 16 Lumen condo complex units auctioned recently have closed, according to TeamBuilder John L. Scott, which conducted the auction.

The units in the building at Fifth Avenue and Mercer Street went to auction July 11, with starting bid prices from $155,000, TeamBuilder said. The units offered were sold that day at a combined average of 38 percent above the advertised minimum bid prices, TeamBuilder said.
