Six Lakeview Lofts going for LEED platinum

Carsten Stinn, who trained in Germany and previously worked for NBBJ, said he didn’t want to do a typical townhouse project.

Carsten Stinn, an architect-turned-developer, recently completed six townhouse units in Eastlake that are awaiting LEED platinum certification. But unlike many other pricey townhouse projects on the market today, he said these units are getting offers and selling.
