Taller buildings for South Lake Union?

SEATTLE — The Seattle City Council's planning, land use and neighborhood committee will hold a public hearing Thursday on a plan to allow taller buildings in certain areas of South Lake Union for research and development labs and related space.

The proposal would allow buildings of up to 125 feet with floor area ratios of up to five.
