West Seattle units sold for $3.6M

SEATTLE — A local private investor purchased Alki Place, a 28-unit apartment complex in West Seattle, for $3.6 million, said Mark Zoffel with CB Richard Ellis' Multi-Housing Private Client Group.

The price equates to $128,571 per unit.
