Mueller pays $5M for site in Columbia City

An entity associated with developer Jim Mueller purchased a 6.25-acre site in Columbia City which his firm, JC Mueller, plans to eventually redevelop into a transit-oriented, mixed-use complex.

The Mueller limited liability company paid $5 million to Zion Preparatory Academy for the property, which is at 4730 32nd Ave. S., public records show.
