Escala lowers prices, revamps club

Only six out of 269 condos have sold at the Fourth Avenue and Virginia Street tower.

Owners of the 269-unit Escala luxury complex downtown plan to reduce condo prices and will likely restructure how owners are charged for use of the much-touted private Club Cielo in the building, the new marketing manager said.
