Amazon takes more space in SLU area

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Vulcan Real Estate announced yesterday that Amazon.com is leasing 180,000 square feet of office space at 2201 Westlake in the South Lake Union neighborhood, confirming what the DJC first reported in January.

Washington Partners represented Amazon in lease negotiation with Vulcan. Terms were not disclosed
