Developer ties up new larger site for Federal Way complex

    The scope of a massive mixed-use project in Federal Way has increased by two towers and $115 million.

    A new location, which is about twice the size of the original Sky Hotel and Residence site, is enabling the project by Twin Development LLC to expand. The company is acquiring the rights to the larger site from a Canadian company.
