Burien Town Center goes back to lender

By JOURNAL STAFF

Urban Partners, the developer of Burien Town Square, said an affiliated limited liability company has turned over the mixed-use project to its lender, Corus Construction Venture, LLC.

Last week, the B-Town Blog reported that ST Residential, which holds the project's construction loan, said Burien Town Square was scheduled to be sold Friday at a trustee's sale.
