Seattle-based Tarragon sold the 3-year-old Cedar River Corporate Park in Renton for more than $26.7 million to a limited liability company controlled by Mary and Robert Bertch of Woodinville.
Tuesday's off-market sale of the 143,000-square-foot business park near Interstate 405 and Highway 167 is the latest in a string of recent South King County sales. In the last week or so, three industrial properties traded for nearly $50 million, and brokers expect more sales in the coming weeks.
