Lower prices, more sales at Olive 8

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Olive 8 condo developer RC Hedreen said yesterday that the company has sold 15 condos since dropping prices last month.

Of the 229 condos in the downtown Seattle tower, 125 sales have closed and three more are pending, said Greg Harris, the company's senior manager.
