Zulily takes 3 floors in Sodo building

SEATTLE — Zulily is leasing about 87,000 square feet of office space at 2200 First Ave. S., says Colliers International broker David Gurry, who marketed the space with Dan Dahl.

Zulily is an online company that sells products to moms and babies. It's taking the top three floors of the four-story building that another tech company, Cobalt, had occupied. Cobalt is moving to the Union Station campus in Seattle.
