All-cash buyers now the norm at Olive 8

SEATTLE — Olive 8 developer RC Hedreen Co. expects seven condo sales will close in the coming weeks, bringing the total sold to 25 since the project lowered prices in January.

Seventeen are all-cash deals, said Dean Jones of Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, which is marketing the condos. The average per square foot sales price is $586.
