Group buys site for innovative project

SEATTLE — A group paid $975,000 for a University District property, where it plans to build a six-story, 24-unit apartment using a new system to speed up construction.

A limited liability company, Sustainable Living Innovations, bought the 6,420-square-foot site at 4558 Seventh Ave. N.E. The project name is 47+7.
