Mercedes dealership is moving to Sodo

SEATTLE — Phil Smart Mercedes Benz has been sold, and the new owner will soon move the dealership from Capitol Hill to a new facility in Sodo, according to MD Johnson Inc., which helped Smart with the sale.

The buyer, Al Monjazeb, owns the Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships in Bellevue. He will rename his new dealership Mercedes Benz of Seattle. Monjazeb could not be reached.
