City OKs funding for Stadium Place
SEATTLE — City officials this week announced the award of tax credits for the Stadium Place development in Pioneer Square north of CenturyLink Field.
As part of the Seattle Jobs Plan, the city invests new markets tax credits through a fund to support economic development. New markets is a federal program to spur investments in low-income areas.
