CamWest to build 81 luxury houses on Cougar Mountain

  • The lots will be nearly half an acre, and the houses will be at least 4,000 square feet. Prices are between $900,000 and $1.3 million.

    CamWest, a Toll Brothers Co., will develop 81 luxury homes on top of Cougar Mountain in Bellevue.

    This is another sign that the single-family market is rebounding. On the Eastside, the median price of sold houses ticked up slightly last month compared to May of 2011, with some submarkets performing better than others.
