Metzler sells Maui parcel for $5.45M

MAUI, Hawaii — Metzler Real Estate, a Seattle-based real estate investment firm, said it has sold a 1.55-acre ocean-front parcel in the Makena area of Maui, Hawaii, to a private investor for $5.45 million.

Metzler acquired the property known as “Bak North” in 2001 in partnership with other private investors. It was then entitled for the development of four luxury homes.
