The Sanctuary, which converted a Capitol Hill church into condos, has sold out. The average price per square foot on pending and closed sales is $339, or $2 less than the list price, said Dean Jones, whose company, Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, handled marketing and sales. The 12 units sold for about $10.24 million. Developers began converting the Beaux Arts-style First Church of Christ, Scientist before the recession. The loan was sold to Pathfinder Partners, and a court appointed Resource Transition Consultants as receiver to complete the project. Unit prices were cut by 40 percent, but prices rose as demand increased. Other members of the team were Runberg Architecture Group; Robin Chell Design, interiors; Balfor Property Restoration, contractor; Justen Co., construction representative; and Ragen & Associates, landscaping.
