Maple Valley retail center expanding
Kite Realty Group is redeveloping the Four Corner Square shopping center at Southeast Kent-Kangley Road and Maple Valley Black Diamond Road Southeast in Maple Valley.
A Kite news release says the Indianapolis-based company is doing the work in two phases. The first phase will add a 35,000-square-foot Johnson's Home and Garden store, an 18,200-square-foot Grocery Outlet and 11,000 square feet of retail space in a building between them.
