Boeing supplier Orion plans $9M Auburn HQ

Orion Industries has bought 6.5 acres west of Auburn Municipal Airport where it will build a 100,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing operation. The project budget is $9 million.

Ground is expected to be broken in December by Donovan Brothers Construction of Auburn, and Orion plans to move into the building in November 2013. A company spokeswoman said the building will probably be less than three stories tall.
