ACE Hardware set for downtown

SEATTLE — An ACE Hardware store will open in the first quarter of next year in a 7,500-square-foot space in the Securities Building at 1904 Fourth Ave., which is owned by Clise Properties.

The Myers Group will run the store, which will employ 15 people. Myers Group also manages the Kress IGA Supermarket at Third and Pine.
