Church buys $5M Westlake building

SEATTLE — University Presbyterian Church bought a South Lake Union building it has been leasing for services for $5 million, according to property records.

The building at 415 Westlake Ave. N. was owned by Matthew and Chester Granard. The church leases the 5,280-square-foot space for its Union campus, which was formed seven years ago.
