KENMORE — An entity related to Long Beach, Calif.-based HCP Real Estate Investment Trust purchased the Spring Estates Senior Living Community for $20.77 million, according to property records.
The seller is Seattle-based Emeritus Assisted Living, which has senior housing complexes in 44 states.
