Vulcan making plans for two sites along 9th in S Lake Union

Vulcan Real Estate is talking with the city about another big project: a 12-story office tower in South Lake Union.

The half-block site is on the west side of Ninth Avenue North between Thomas and Harrison streets. City records show the building would total 301,679 square feet, with underground parking for 421 cars.
