Dexter Station to start Feb. 1, even without an office tenant

  • Developers are starting to show an appetite for spec buildings, at least in South Lake Union.

    LMN Architects is designing Dexter Station and JTM Construction is the contractor. The 345,000-square-foot complex will be aimed at tech or life science firms.

    Seattle-based Capstone Partners is preparing to start work next month on Dexter Station, a 10-story office building in South Lake Union, without a tenant.
