More apartments at 12th & Pike
SEATTLE — An entity related to Investco Financial Corp. has filed plans with the city to construct an apartment and retail building at 1200 E. Pike St. on Capitol Hill.
A three-story mixed-use structure would be demolished. The century-old building has been home to a number of restaurants over the years, including the current occupant, Bombay Bistro.
