Olive 8 condos are 95% sold

SEATTLE — Brokers at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty said that Olive 8, a luxury high rise condo complex and hotel downtown, is 95 percent sold.

The 229-unit building at Eighth Avenue and Olive Way has 12 available condos.
