8 developers vie for Kenmore Village land
The city of Kenmore has narrowed its list of potential buyers for parcels in the Kenmore Village project, which is expected to be a catalyst for redevelopment of the downtown core.
City Manager Rob Karlinsey said they received 16 proposals to buy and develop the 9.6-acre site, which had been a shopping center.
